hello again! I have been meaning to post again, I just dont have access to a *real* computer.... and my moms smartphone is NOT the easiest thing to blog on! =)
So today is going to be another lazy day. The diner I work at is out of water and power, so I'm missing out on a day of work. (I dont really mind, though! ;)
However, I wont have a totally unproductive day. I'll clean the house and make some white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for my young women's Bible study tonight!
I know this is a lame post but I really wanted to get *something* out there so the couple people still reading my blog know that I really am back =)
God bless and have a wonderful week in this beautiful fall weather!

I thought I was done with blogger; it's been almost 8 months since the last time I posted! But I miss it. I miss the encouragment from other Christian girls, the inspiring quotes and pictures, the creative posts and ideas coming from other girls that I connect with. So, I've decided, (after deleting my facebook!) that I'm coming back to blogger! The thought makes me happy =) Let's see if I can stick with it this time! lol...
I'll tell you what I've been up to and all about my new life in later posts. I'll tell you about my new dear friends and my new job. And my *new* baby brother :)
But like I said, that is all for another time. Right now I'll just leave you with a cute quote, and all you'll know for now is what I'm dreaming of <3
"His
pledge to her: 'I will kill the spiders. i will share my fries with you when
you’ve finished all yours and are still hungry. i won’t ever pop my collar. i
will never be rude to your tummy- when i hear it growl and gurgle, i promise to
bend down and reply respectfully. i will eat the mushrooms when we order the
supreme pizza. i will kiss the papercuts. and the door-slammed finger. and the
counter-bumped hip. i’ll try my hardest not to get annoyed when you whisper
questions and comments during movies. i will be the big spoon. i will let you
win at wrestling. sometimes. other times i will not.i will send you random txts
and leave you silly gifts. not always. not on schedule. just whenever i want to.
whenever i think you need one. or seven. i will check your tire pressure. and
remind you to take your car in. i will hold your hand. i will love you. i will
love you. i will love you."
P.S. Although this is pretty adorable, honestly, I can kill my own spiders. I will be the one who can't eat all my fries, and I love mushrooms! I'll definitely need a guy who can handle me talking during movies though, I do that a lot =) And he better be able to fix my car himself! ;)
God bless <3

That's MY King!!!
"I wish I could describe Him to you . . . but He's indescribable. That's my King. He's incomprehensible, He's invincible, and He is irresistible.
I'm coming to tell you this, that the heavens of heavens can't contain Him, let alone some man explain Him. You can't get Him out of your mind. You can't get Him off of your hands. You can't outlive Him and you can't live without Him. The Pharisees couldn't stand Him, but they found out they couldn't stop Him. Pilate couldn't find any fault in Him. The witnesses couldn't get their testimonies to agree about Him. Herod couldn't kill Him. Death couldn't handle Him and the grave couldn't hold Him. That's my King!"

Don't worry :)
I just want to take a moment to say
Lately, a lot of things have been going on that I could have worried about. And... I did. A *little bit* ;)
But you know what? Everything I worried about turned out better than I could have even hoped. I feel SO blessed!
I've heard a quote that says something like, "Worrying doesn't help tomorrow, but it brings down the joy of today".
That's so true. Worrying doesn't help anything, because the Lord already has a plan for you! Not just for today, but for the rest of your life.
So don't worry. Just trust the Lord.
don't worry.

That's so true. Worrying doesn't help anything, because the Lord already has a plan for you! Not just for today, but for the rest of your life.
So don't worry. Just trust the Lord.
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things.
Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Matthew 6:25-34
So don't worry. The Lord will take care of you. Just trust in Him with all your heart.
God bless you!

♥love♥
I love... love. Lots of love.
I love Jesus... And I pray that I will love Him more with every breath I take.
I love stars... because they remind me how small I am, and how big God is.
I love this beautiful post by Lauren here... and you should definitely go read it!
I love babies... even when they are crying, and especially when they are smiling.
I love my family ♥
I love big, old books... whole libraries of big, old books!
I love good movies... particularly when they make me laugh and cry!
Happy Valentines Day!

I love music- sometimes slow and sweet; sometimes with a strong, steady beat; with or without lyrics.

Unfortunately, this video is disabled for embedding, so you should go ahead and watch it on youtube!! It's such a beautiful song!!!
Needtobreathe is my new favorite band. I love their "southern gospel" style!
If you LOVED that song, listen to "Something Beautiful" and "Lay 'em Down" too!
God bless!
